* It is unlawful, to drive on a sidewalk except to enter or leave a driveway or an alley.
* When you are crossing a sidewalk to enter a driveway you must give right-of-way to pedestrians on the sidewalk.
* You may legally pass on the right if vou can pass without driving off the pavement.
* A solid white line painted on the outer edge of the road marks the edge of the pavement. You may not drive across the white line to pass another vehicle.
* You may not pass when there is a solid line on your side of the center line.
* At an intersection where no signal lights are working you should proceed as if it were a four-way stop.
* You should always stop where the signals are solid red, flashing red, and where they blacked out.
